The legal requirements arise from the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG), in particular Section 14 in conjunction with Section 3, Paragraph 1 of the BFSG, with reference to the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsverordnung – BFSGV).

The following standards and guidelines were applied to meet the accessibility requirements of this ticket shop:

Our service is based on a standardized ticketing software. With the support of digital accessibility experts, the manufacturer has optimized this software and subjected it to an independent external accessibility test using representative examples. The manufacturer also regularly performs additional automated and manual tests internally.
When configuring the software to implement our ticket shop, we took the manufacturer's guidelines into account in order to achieve an accessible result.
Specifically, the ticket shop meets the requirements through measures including the following:
- The ticket shop is clearly structured and contains meaningful, logically organized headings and labels. Links are easily recognizable and descriptively labeled.
- You can use this ticket shop without any loss of information when using assistive technologies, such as screen readers.

- Using our ticket shop does not require hearing or speech capabilities.
- If completing a booking is subject to a time limit, a timely notification will be provided. You will then have the option to extend the time limit.
- The ticket shop is designed to help you avoid and correct input errors.
- Operating the ticket shop does not require complex, path-based, or simultaneous movements.
- The ticket shop contains no light or flashing effects that could trigger photosensitive seizures.
